Happy Friday! The first week back to work after vacation is always a tough one! I am excited that this week is now over and I am fully caught up (sort of). Looking forward to the weekend, especially since it’s going to be a whopping 50 degrees in Massachusetts tomorrow, yippee! Hoping to do something fun outside!
I am excited to share 5 of my favorite things with you today:
Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Pumpkin Fig Granola
I like pretty much anything Pumpkin flavored and this Granola hits the spot. I honestly like all of the Purely Elizabeth Flavors and I like the ingredients even more. I discovered this at wholefoods one day and now it’s the only granola I buy! Best of all, it’s non GMO and sweetened with organic coconut sugar, a low-glycemic, nutrient rich sweetener. Purely Elizabeth just came out with Hot Ancient Grain Cereal- can’t wait to try it!
Aqua Sphere Kaiman Lady Swim Goggles
These are by far my favorite goggles! I have a small face, and for years struggled with my goggles falling off of my face in the pool. I was having to adjust my goggles after ever couple of laps. All of my problems were solved in the pool once I discovered the Aquasphere Kaiman Lady goggles! They sit softly on my face and I honestly NEVER get water inside them and they don’t fog up. I never have to adjust them, even when I’m swimming for an hour plus in the pool or open water. Highly recommend!
Autumn Glory Apples
While at Whole Foods last weekend, I discovered this new organic apple in the produce section. I LOVE apples and probably eat two a day on average. They are my go to snack when I’m looking to curb hunger. I got really excited to see this new variety and I must say, they are delicious and have a great crunch. Autumn Glory apples have a very sweet, firm flesh with a subtle “cinnamon” flavor. Some describe it as tasting like apple sauce while some say it tastes just like apple cider; regardless of how you describe it, Autumn Glory apples have an intense “apple” flavor you’ll love.
I just ordered my very first Betty Designs swim suit! The photo above shows what I ordered, The Tropical Stripe Sexy Back. I have been drooling over these designs and can’t wait to order more stuff come spring.
Where runway fashion meets sport. Betty Designs creates kick-ass race kits for triathlon, cycling and killer swimsuits. Created by Kristin Mayer (Ironman Triathlete) in California. I seriously want everything on their website.
I got this sign in Key West and I love it. I have it in my kitchen as a reminder that it’s ok to ‘wine’ a little:) Now that it’s Friday I am looking forward to having a nice glad of Pinot Noir tonight.
